Leased to Telstra until 2008, this landmark Canberra building underwent a full-scale refurbishment in April 2007. The building was formerly a b-grade office building, providing a total of 8,000 m² net lettable area.

Work included a re-image of the building exterior, façade refurbishment, major building services upgrades, interior replanning and whole of building fitout.

Our role was also to advise the Project Team on specialist structural engineering matters throughout the Project.

The Project elevated the Property’s class to meet the requirements for a-grade office space in 2009.
